Inclusive On-boarding

In this short course, you will learn about the key terms and concepts of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and why it is a priority in the workplace. The subject expert will bring out the subtle differences between some of these concepts. You will also discover some of the assumptions that people make about others upon meeting them for the first time.

During this course, you will:

• Gain fluency in the language of DEI to ensure effective communication with colleagues.
• Explore different scenarios that require you to recognize microaggressions that commonly occur across daily workplace interactions.
